❌ Cancellation Policies
To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we invite you to carefully read the following conditions regarding booking, payment and cancellation:
📌 Booking and Payment
- A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require full payment upon confirmation.
🗓️ Cancellation Policies
🔹 Low and medium season (September to May)
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival date.
- For cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
- For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or in case of no-show, no refund will be recognized.
🔹 High season (June, July, August)
- Free cancellation only if made within 30 days of the check-in date.
- For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before, the 50% deposit will be retained.
- For cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the entire amount will be retained.
🔁 Booking changes
- Any changes to the dates of your stay are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance (30 days in high season).
- The possibility of modifying the reservation is not guaranteed in case of limited availability.
🌪️ Cancellations due to force majeure
- In the event of exceptional events (e.g. health emergencies, natural disasters, government restrictions), we are committed to evaluating each request with flexibility, offering a refund, postponement of the stay or voucher based on the specific case and the documentation provided.
